Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

CaseGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If your order appears lost or has not updated for several days, contact us and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
